Flowers are seen at the newly dug gravesite of the late U.S. Senator Edward Kennedy (D-MA) at Arlington National Cemetery, August 30, 2009. Kennedy died on August 25 at the age of 77 after a year-long battle with brain cancer. Senator Kennedy is buried near his brothers Robert, a former New York senator and U.S. Presidential candidate, and John, a former U.S. President, both who were assassinated early in their lives.
