Russia's President Dmitry Medvedev enters a hall to chair a meeting with the members of Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs in Moscow's Kremlin, October 21, 2009. Russia's President Dmitry Medvedev said on Wednesday he was confident the country would join the World Trade Organisation despite delays caused by its move to do so as part of a customs union with its neighbours.
