Junta leader Moussa Dadis Camara arrives for a meeting in October 2009 at the military camp Alpha Yaya in Conakry. Camara's condition has improved and he will return soon after being shot by an aide and operated on in Morocco for a head wound, his spokesman said Tuesday.
