Canadian soldier Oliver 'Red' Lloyd (R), a truck driver with the 5th Armoured Division who now lives in Miniota, Manitoba, poses with Italian orphan Gino Farnetti in Frosinone in a 1944 file photo. Farnetti, who was found in Frosinone at the age of five and cared for by soldiers Oliver Lloyd and Paul Hagen of the Canadian 5th Armoured Division, grew up to become an engineer.
