LennonOno Grant for Peace

The all-female Russian opposition band Pussy Riot was awarded a LennonOno Grant for Peace in New York on Friday, Sept. 21. Three members of the band were sentenced to two years in prison for staging a "punk prayer" at the Christ the Saviour Cathedral in Moscow.
