Smilin' Joe Biden

At the U.S. vice-presidential debate on October 11, Vice President Joe Biden smirked, smiled and laughed his was through his face-off against Congressman Paul Ryan.

While some online made light of Biden's animated performance, including the creator of @LaughingJoeBiden, others found his performance condescending towards Ryan thought he made light of important issues.
