Vancouver police are trying to find five men who disappeared without a trace in the city in 2011.
They are: Permadech Tatti, Daniel Holt, Mitchell Gallivan, Brian Mbaruk and Mathew Huszar. All of the men are between age 19 and 29, and none of their disappearances has any evidence of foul play, but all of the cases are otherwise unique, said Sgt. Kirk Star.
“There has been no substantive linkages between any of these files. Each and every case has it's distinct circumstances surrounding their disappearances,” Star said.
Last year, more than 3,500 people were reported missing in Vancouver and these five males are the only ones who have not been found.
“It's very frustrating that's why I am here today to appeal for any help any tip anyone can have out there,” Star said. “We have exhausted all investigative avenues ... none of our files are closed until we actually locate the person.”
