MONTREAL - Stephane Dion says he hasn't changed his mind on whether he will allow the Conservatives to pass their upcoming budget.

Dion told reporters in Montreal Tuesday he'll wait to see what's in the budget before deciding whether to vote it down. The Liberal leader said earlier this week he might vote for the budget if it wasn't too harmful to Canadians.

Dion refused to go there again today, when asked why he would set the bar so low for the Tory spending plan.

Dion was speaking to a group of manufacturers and exporters about his promise to boost spending on research and development and lower business taxes.

Dion, you are the main reason for people to vote other than liberal.The fact of the matter is,no one likes you. you talk big but babble at the same time. As a leader ,you are a leading disgrace to the party, even Bozo the Clown would be an improvement. And your stand on the budget, inquirying minds have to know, are you going to stand and vote or do the Quebec shuffle out the door again?

ABC; Anybody But Conservative! Even the BLOC! You will never hear any national party call for a ban on Asbestos though because they would loss any chance of winning the 75 seats in QU where the asb mining carries on unfettered due to political influence. Just like you will never hear any national party call for a renegotiation of the Upper Churchill contract because NL's 7 seats mean less than QU's 75 seats. It's the (national party) system stupid! That needs to change. Same for the senate.

'when da proof is da proof' LMAO. good ol' Chretian. Dion - new glasses; same liberal B.S. But do agree; Canada could not have asked for a better opposition leader. At least with Dion; we are guarenteed at least a few years of sound economic policy; far less corruption, and a government serious about cracking down on crime. Harper's threatrics with the liberal senate; GOLDEN! A good leader gets the job done.

Read the bottom line...the last two sentences. ppppffffffffhahahahahah!! Hey now, thanks for that logic Dion. It sounds like the old "when da proof is da proof " line from that thief Chretian.
