I remind those who think erring on the side of caution is "fear-mongering" ... the brilliant engineers who built the Titanic in 1912 used some of the most advanced technology of that time, & they said it could never sink. They were shocked when it went on its maiden voyage, hit an iceburg & sucked 1,517 men, women & children down to the bottom of the ocean with her. Questioning what these so-called "expert" scientists want to arbitrarily do with their new toy is NOT fear-mongering. .
