TORONTO - Magellan Aerospace Corp. (TSX:MAL) said Thursday that it has signed a deal to build components for Airbus' new A350 XWB aircraft.
Financial terms of the deal were not immediately available. Under the deal, Magellan will build a number of large, complex machined aluminium-lithium components for the aircraft centre wing box.
The agreement covers delivery of the first 400 units to Airbus, with unit pricing yet to be finalized.
Magellan designs, engineers, and manufactures aircraft parts and components.
