REGINA - Health officials in Saskatchewan say they have enough swine flu vaccine for pregnant women and children under the age of five, but other high risk groups will have to wait for now.

Dr. Saqib Shahab, the deputy chief medical health officer, says the province is refining its vaccination plan each week, based on supply.

Shahab says about 150,000 doses will have been given by the middle of this week.

That includes vaccinations for pregnant women, young children and health care workers who rolled up their sleeves for the shot last week.

But Shahab notes that Saskatchewan will be receiving 13,000 doses in its next shipment, not the 60,000 it expected.

Shahab says the province will decide later this week which high-risk group will be next in line for the vaccine, depending on how much is available.
