2nd shooting in same week at east end apartment building
TORONTO (CBC) - A man was shot and killed in an apartment near Morningside Avenue and Ellesmere Road in Toronto on Thursday evening.
Police have not released any information about the victim, who is the city's 31st homicide of the year.
The shooting happened at 90 Mornelle Court at about 7 p.m., the second shooting at that address in less than a week.
Last Saturday a 22-year-old man was shot several times in the same building and remains in hospital in critical condition.
Police could not say if the incidents are related.
