CALGARY (CBC) - A 28-year-old man who died in a crash Saturday night appeared to be racing when he lost control of his motorcylce, said Calgary police.
The man was northbound in the 2100 block of Crowchild Trail S.W. at a high rate of speed when he struck the centre median, said police on Sunday. They said he was racing with two other motorcycles at the time.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The case still under investigation but speed is believed to be a major factor, said police.
