SASKATCHEWAN (CBC) - A woman has been charged with second-degree murder after a man was found dead in the northern Saskatchewan community of Dillon, RCMP said Tuesday.

The 32-year-old Dillon woman was arrested early Monday when police began to investigate what they believed was a suspicious death.

The 34-year-old man who died was also a resident of Dillon, a community of 500 people located about 450 kilometres northwest of Saskatoon.

The woman is scheduled to appear in court Wednesday in nearby Buffalo Narrows, police said.
