TOYAKO, Japan (Reuters) - A new energy forum to be set up by the Group of Eight leading nations will bring together producers and consumers of oil in a bid to avoid any more price spikes, Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper said on Tuesday.
"We want to bring producer and consumer countries together in future to see how we can make sure we don't see these kinds of rapid escalations in the future," he told reporters.
