Saskatoon police investigate indecent exposure and sexual assault

Saskatoon police are investigating an incident of indecent exposure and a sexual assault that officers believe are related.

On February 27, at about 11:30 p.m. CST, a man was seen exposing himself to four woman leaving an apartment block in the 700 block of 5th Avenue North.

Shortly after this incident, at about 1:00 a.m. CST, a woman was returning to her apartment in the same block. She was walking to the back door of the apartment when a man approached her and touched her inappropriately.
The woman screamed and the man fled. She was not injured.

Police believe the same person was involved in both incidents based on the descriptions of the man, the time and location of the incidents.

The man is described as Caucasian, between 20-25 years old and between 5'6" - 5'7" in height. He was described as having pasty white skin and a slim build. He was seen wearing a bomber-style jacket, dark or green pants with cargo pockets and a dark hoodie.
