Parents, PSW charged with manslaughter in death of Windsor woman
A woman's parents and a personal support worker have been charged after a 29-year-old woman died nearly two years ago. Windsor police said on Thursday that officers went to a home on Meadowbrook Lane on April 19, 2022 for a report of an unresponsive woman who was pronounced dead at the scene.
