    even on the west island of mtl. que. doctors are asking for money to quicken time
    for medical attn. there should be no private practice as doctors are not leaving

    This is nothing but Conservative rhetoric to convince Canadians this "pension meddling" is necessary, when in fact it isn't.
    The real reason is that the resulting funding will be used build the 100 or so jails the Conservatives insist on being built.
