"Dead" Deer Surprises Police & Escapes

Two Michigan police officers were surprised to learn that a deer they thought was dead was in fact very much alive -- and it' s caught on video! Police observed a man sitting in his car in the parking lot of a Red Roof Inn at 2:20a -- but don't worry, things get weirder. Upon questioning, the man said he’d accidentally hit a deer, put it in his trunk, and wondered if he could take the dead deer home for dinner. When the officers checked the trunk, the not-dead deer jumped out and escaped into the woods.
