    This is really about global government and taking away the rights of all people worldwide. These bills have already been created and enforced in several countries. It is one part of an agenda for a one world government run by a group of unelected officials who will control all countries. All country constitutions will be usurped by the new "global government constitution." We will be governed by unelected officials. Actually, we already are. They give orders to politicians and those politicians do as they are told. Politicians who do not cooperate are assassinated, disgraced or die of cancer. Most cancers are caused by viruses.     Assassinated politicians include, US President John Kennedy, US Senator Robert Kennedy, Chilean President Salvador Allende, Omar Efraín Torrijos Herrera (Panama), etc.

    The global financial crisis was engineered to happen. It was designed to eradicate the middle class and permanently enslave citizens through debt that can never be repaid to a very small group of evil people who own the banks, big business, etc.

    The Bank of Canada creates 5% of the money supply. Private banks create 95% as debt with interest and have privatized the money supply in Canada. Banks create money out of nothing. The Canadian government can borrow interest free money from the Bank of Canada, but chooses to borrow from private banks at substantial interest. Although the Bank of Canada can provide provincial and municipal governments funding at rates well below private bank rates, they choose to borrow from private banks at substantial interest.

    All countries, on behalf of citizens, borrow as debt at substantial interest from private banks.

    It doesn't matter which political party you vote for. They all are controlled by this small group of people who own the planet. The bankers own most of it. The Rothschild family is the wealthiest in the world with a fortune of $400 to 500 trillion.

      You are a conspiracy theorist and need help. Put your energy toward something useful instead of looking for threats where they don't exist. Besides, a one-world government sounds pretty good. We should be eliminating borders.

      The bankers were behind the world wars, they profit from lending money to both sides. They began to plan the three world wars in the 1800s. The third world war will be in the Middle East. It's coming soon.

      In 1859, Albert Pike, who was fascinated with the idea of a one world government, was chosen to coordinate illuminati activities in the USA. Although Pike was a Confederate General who committed the most heinous atrocities of the war, his tomb is located 13 blocks from the Capital Building in Washington DC.     The reality is, CISC probably has already been doing this for the last 10 years or so. The difference is the police now wish to run around unchecked and free to peer in on each and everyone of us because they think there's something there.

    This is the same police throughout Canada who are now starting to kill, would, maim, injure, beat up, as the Criminal's they're after. Don't take my word for it. Keep on top of the news and start remembering all the problems associated with our so-called finest.

    What you end up realizing is they're all not so fine after all. But hey, it's your life that will be on the line. I've decided to do like the young kid who caught the killing of the Polish fellow at YVR, and leave the country., again. This time, for a very long time.

    The only people spouting off opposition to this are the pedophiles and terrorists. The internet is not an open forum for crime. It is also not a platform that gives anyone the 'right' to be able to commit crimes anonymously. It is public domain, and as such requires monitoring. This long overdue.

      Your perception of this matter is misguided. This surveillance bill isn't like having police authorities protecting our city from crime, this type of surveillance is equivalent to Big Brother from Nineteen Eighty-Four. The internet as it is now is the equivalence of how modern society is governed, people pay an ISP (equivalence of a home or address) and do what they want, but when someone breaks the law, the FBI (and others) follow the races and arrest the people (such as the anons and megaupload founder). This is similar to crime and how it is investigated through clues and suspects and taken through the proper criminal court system.

      What this surveillance proposes is to keep records of everything your computer does, not you, but anyone who uses your specific computer/IP address. It could simply be a hacker pinging off your IP to make them harder to track, but you'd still get dragged into it. Ultimately this type of surveillance would be the equivalence of cameras in the homes of every person, and GPS implants to track a person's location at all times.

      To you, those that may oppose this bill are only pedophiles or terrorists, but that's because of your incredibly flawed fallacy that believes those that oppose excessive monitoring are criminals. For me and for many people that oppose this, the main factor is that it strips away human rights. Today we fold for the surveillance bill, tomorrow they implement GPS implants in criminals, the next week they implement GPS implants in all citizens, and finally they introduce Big Brother, the loveable mascot that people accept because "only criminals or those who plan on committing crimes would be against having every aspect of their life monitored and recoreded".

      Those that push this type of Bill are not the Gambling sites or the XXX sites ...

      But then... you can always go to your local police station... and sign them a permanent authorization to come and open your house whenever they want, without a warrant ... it is your choice, but not that of your neighbors.

      For the above 2 mentioned... police has already mechanisms in place to address the problems... what they might need is more man power. But in no case can they operate outside the boundary of a law... meaning that must have a judge granting them a warrant, based at least on some evidences.

      Tonton macoute was Haitian... you might wish to ask for a permanent residency there if such is your desire... Don't try to put others into your crack pot world Pat Wilde.

      Pat, its not just the internet that they can monitor, its information from your cells phone. While you might be ok with the idea of police being able to track you through everything you do dureing the day(through the gps chip in your phone which I am assumeing that you carry with you everywhere like most people) and listen in on all of your phone convos, and read all of your mail, I am not.

      And guess what, I am simple a honest hard working Canadian. I have never committed a crime and if someone wants access to my personal info and my activities....they need a warrent, just like they do if they want to search my house.
