Windsor Police investigating three same-night break-ins

Windsor Police are investigating similar break-ins at three Windsor businesses.

All occurred on the same night.

On January 18, 2014 at approximately 3:20 a.m. police were dispatched to a commercial alarm in the 3300 block of Dougall Ave.

Upon arrival, police discovered smashed door glass to Prestige Pastries and Hamoudi Shawarma.

Video from both businesses shows the suspect throwing a rock through the glass doors and entering.

He takes a tip jar from one of the locations.

Video from a business across the street shows a possible suspect vehicle arriving and leaving at the time of the incidents.

The vehicle is described as a red pickup truck, possibly a F150.

Windsor Police were dispatched to Capri Pizza in the 3000 block of Dougall Ave. for a similar break and enter that also happened on the same night.

Surveillance video obtained by police shows the male suspect arriving in a red pick up truck, parking in a lot adjacent to the business.

The video shows a male suspect walks up to the business and throws a rock through the front door glass.

At one point he leaves the business and returns.

He removes a small amount of change from a shelf.
