This year, Halloween is probably going to look a little different to normal. Under current coronavirus guidelines, new measures ban social gatherings of more than six people (in England and Scotland the law applies both indoors and outdoors, but only indoors in Wales) and police have the power to break up groups larger than six.
So, when it comes to Halloween party ideas, you're probably not going to be throwing a huge rave and inviting all your mates. But if Halloween is still a big deal in your household, who says you can't get together with the people you live with and have a good old time?
Grab a hilarious Halloween costume, got a spooky makeup tutorial in the bag and pick out some uber cool themed nail art for the big day. And then, as well as decorations and Halloween food and drink, decorate the house with Halloween party ideas that you can DIY yourself. No one else even has to see them! Do it for yourself!
Admittedly, some of them are easier than others. The spider ice cubes involve minimal effort, thanks to literally being created by combining tap water with little plastic spiders. The bin bag cobwebs, though? Yeah, you might need a bit of arty prowess (or at least a Google image template) to recreate those. Go forth and use your creative juices (ew) to recreate these excellent Halloween party ideas!
