15-year-old shot to death in Durham Saturday afternoon. Police investigating
Durham police are investigating the fatal shooting of a 15-year-old boy on Danube Lane Saturday afternoon.
Police responded to a report of a shooting in the 4800 block of Danube Lane about 2:40 p.m., and found the teenager, who had been hit by gunfire. EMS took the teen to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead, according to a Durham Police Department news release.
Investigators are still on the scene, and the investigation is continuing. The police did not release any additional details.
