Can you believe that Shark Tank has been around for more than a decade? Since its premiere in 2009, there have been 11 seasons—and a 12th is coming in October 2020—and the show still features the same core group of “Sharks,” including Lori Greiner, the “Queen of QVC” and Kevin O'Leary, aka “Mr. Wonderful.”

Over the course of more than 200 episodes, the Sharks have invested in hundreds of budding companies, and it just so happens that we’ve tried a lot of the products (and services) that have appeared on the show. Some of the companies were funded, while others struck out with the investors, only to find success on their own!

The following are 15 Shark Tank products that we’ve tested for ourselves and think you should invest in, too.

1. A special men’s razor for downstairs maintenance

Manscaped is a one-stop-shop for all your manscaping needs.

When it comes to “below the belt” grooming for men, Manscaped is one of the biggest players in the industry, thanks to their special razors, which are aptly named the Lawn Mower. Manscaped appeared on Shark Tank back in 2018, when the founders scored a deal with two Sharks, and one of our braver writers recently tested the Lawn Mower 3.0 to see what all the fuss was about.

He liked the lightweight, comfortable design of the razor, which easily cut through all types of body hair and was quick and easy to clean after. Plus, it even has a small LED light to help you see what you’re doing and avoid any unfortunate nicks.

2. A toilet stool to prop up your feet when you go No. 2

This toilet stool has a cult following--and I'm part of it!
This toilet stool has a cult following--and I'm part of it!

You wouldn’t believe how many people I’ve turned onto the Squatty Potty, the Shark Tank-funded toilet stool that helps un-kink your colon when you poop. This U-shaped stool sits in front of your toilet, and you put your feet on it to go No. 2. This puts your body into a squatting position (hence, the name), allowing waste to pass more easily.

It sounds a little crazy, but I swear it works—you can read my full review for a more in-depth breakdown of the science. I’ve been using a Squatty Potty for years, and I’ve never regretted the purchase.

3. An aggressively cozy blanket sweatshirt

If you’ve ever worn a blanket around your shoulders on a chilly winter day, you already understand the appeal of The Comfy, a blanket sweatshirt that was launched into the limelight thanks to Shark Tank. One of our editors tested the super-cozy garment, and she says it’s every bit as wonderful as it seems.

“It's soft on the outside, yes, but it's even softer on the inside,” explains editor Amanda Tarlton. “The velvety fabric is lined with a thick layer of sherpa-looking fleece that feels like wrapping yourself in a cloud. Picture the lining of UGG boots—but then a million times more luxurious.”

4. A DIY kombucha kit for homemade health drinks

You can save some serious dough by making kombucha at home.

If you’re not familiar with the drink, kombucha is a fermented tea that many people swear is beneficial for your gut, thanks to its probiotics and antioxidants. However, it’s really expensive to buy pre-made, which is why The Kombucha Shop’s idea for an at-home kombucha kit was a hit with the investors on Shark Tank.

The kit comes with a 1-gallon glass brew jar, a kombucha scoby with starter liquid, and all the other supplies you need, and our writer was able to make a delicious homemade drink when she tested the Kombucha Shop kit. Seriously, it’s a must-have if you’re a kombucha enthusiast.

5. A tiny cabin rental service when you need to get away

Who wouldn't want to relax in this quaint cabin for the weekend?
Who wouldn't want to relax in this quaint cabin for the weekend?

I know I’m not the only one who dreams about living in a tiny home in the woods, and you can turn that dream into a reality for a few days thanks to Getaway. This company has tiny cabin rentals all over the country, and believe it or not, the concept actually didn’t receive funding when it appeared on Shark Tank a few years ago.

Despite coming up short with the Sharks, Getaway has still managed to find success, and one of our editors loves escaping to a Getaway cabin in New Hampshire when she needs some time away. You can read more details about her experience, but overall, she calls it “an absolute treat, no matter what season, weather, or people you go with.”

Washing dishes is that much more fun with this sponge smiling up at you.

The Scrub Daddy may seem simple, but people really love these smiling kitchen sponges—in fact, many say it’s one of the most successful products that’s ever appeared on Shark Tank. Given all the hype, we had to include the Scrub Daddy in our testing for the Best Kitchen Sponges, and true to claim, it does a great job cleaning crud off dishes.

7. One of our top-rated video doorbells

Most people have heard of Ring, the video doorbell company, but can you believe the Sharks passed on the concept when it was presented to them way back in 2013? It definitely wasn’t the investors’ best decision, as today, Ring has a whole line of smart home devices and was recently acquired by Amazon.

We’ve tested the Ring Video Doorbell, and we were impressed with its video resolution, audio quality, and night vision, especially considering the product’s affordable price.

If you’ve ever wished your pubic hair didn’t feel so much like, well, pubic hair, this next product is for you. Fur Oil, a hair-softening product for your downstairs regions, scored a deal on Shark Tank just this year, and we wanted to see for ourselves if it was truly a game-changing grooming product, so one of our writers put it to the test.

“One of the first things I noticed, beyond the herbal scent, was that Fur Oil made my pubic hair feel more supple,” explains Reviewed staff writer Shayna Murphy. “Ordinarily, my hair there is coarse and a little on the curly side—which means it's similar to my regular hair—but Fur Oil had an almost relaxing effect, so the hair seemed smoother, straighter, and less brittle than usual.”

Bouqs is another company that walked away from the Shark Tank empty-handed, only to find success on its own. This flower company offers traditional bouquets, but you can also sign up for their flower subscription service, which sends you fresh cut blooms on a recurring basis.

“Bouqs is the best flower delivery service I've tested,” says managing editor Kate Ellsworth. “I ordered it for my mother, who gets a bouquet every month. It's the best gift I've ever gotten her, and I've been explicitly told I'm not ever allowed to cancel it.”

Every parent knows the frustration of having your toddler throw their plate on the ground, which is why the ezpz Happy Mat was a hit with the Sharks. This silicone placemat suctions to the table or your child’s highchair, and you can separate their food into its three compartments. Not only did the Sharks love the concept, but one of our writers put it to the test with her toddler, and it got the seal of approval from them, too.

11. An inexpensive cover to keep paint brushes from drying out

This cover keeps paint brushes wet between coats.

The Paint Brush Cover is simple, but pretty genius. Basically, the plastic cover is designed to keep your brush wet between coats, saving you the hassle of washing it out six times in one paint job. The concept earned funding when it appeared on Shark Tank, and it also impressed our writer, who said it kept a paint brush wet for two whole weeks during a home improvement project.

12. High-quality socks from a company that gives back

Once you try these socks, you'll never want to go back to cheap ones.
Once you try these socks, you'll never want to go back to cheap ones.

As someone who solely buys cheap socks from discount stores, I have to admit I’m intrigued by Bombas, a company that claims to make “the greatest sock ever sold.” They appeared on Shark Tank during season 6 and scored a sizable investment from Shark Daymond John.

If you have any doubts about whether Bombas socks are worth it, our writer confirms that they’re the best socks she’s ever worn, writing that “the socks are warm, but breathable; they are soft and springy, but don’t feel bulky in shoes.” Plus, for every pair of socks purchased, Bombas donates another pair to charity, so it’s a purchase you can feel good about.

13. A transitional sippy cup for toddlers

This cute sippy cup has detachable handles.

Given that my only “children” have four legs and tails, I can’t say I know much about sippy cups, but reviewers seem to love the Lollacup, which appeared on season 3 of Shark Tank. The weighted straw sippy cup has an adorable bird-shaped design with detachable handles, and our tester loved that it helped her toddler learn to hold a cup.

“The weighted straw makes it extremely easy for babies as young as nine months to sip from it, because it keeps the straw anchored at the bottom of the cup at the right angle,” says Reviewed writer Brigitt Earley. “It’s the first cup my 9-month-old ever drank out of, and he took to it instantly.”

Lovepop cards have incredibly intricate 3D designs.

When I worked in Boston, there was a Lovepop booth in the train station during the holiday season, and when I was early for my train, I used to love to ogle their stunning pop-up cards. The card company appeared on Shark Tank back in 2015, and today, they offer hundreds of genuinely stunning and intricate pop-up cards for every occasion. I can tell you from personal experience that the 3D cards are truly magical, and they’re sure to put a smile on your recipient’s face.

If you regularly pack lunches for work or school, you can be a little more eco-friendly with the help of reusable storage bags like the Stasher Bags, a product that nabbed a sizable investment from Shark Mark Cuban back in 2018.

These silicone bags are the perfect replacement for one-use plastic sandwich bags, and they can even be used for cooking sous vide. Plus, they performed well in our testing of the Best Reusable Sandwich Bags, thanks to their sturdy construction.
