On Tuesday (September 22), the world celebrated 26 years since Friends first appeared on TV screens, influencing pop culture and entertainment for decades to come.

In 1994, Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, David Schwimmer, Matt Le Blanc and Matthew Perry were introduced to the world as Rachel, Monica, Phoebe, Ross, Joey and Chandler - a six-person friendship group experiencing their 20s and 30s in New York City (but actually filmed at Warner Bros in Los Angeles) all with signature styles, quirks, personalities and jokes. With so many quotable and memorable snippets, it's hard to decide on the best Friends episodes of all time.
