Three staff members were taken to hospital after a driver crashed through the front of a medical clinic in northeast Calgary on Tuesday.

Police say they were called to the clinic in the 100 block of Castleridge Boulevard N.E. just after 1 p.m.

Several staff members were injured, police said. One was taken to hospital in serious condition and two were taken in stable condition.

No patients or bystanders were hurt, and the driver, who was not injured, stayed at the scene of the crash.

The Calgary Police Service said the cause of the crash remains under investigation.
