We love a perfectly roasted marshmallow more than anything, but why stop there? Marshmallows add a supremely melty addition to so many of our favorite treats. They're the finishing touch on hot chocolate, topped on a sweet potato pie, or munched straight from the bag. Marshmallows are often the final step for many baked goods, but we decided to give them a starring role in these recipes.
