At 57, Brooke Shields Wears Just a Bra and Underwear for New Campaign: ‘Confident’

For SKIMS’ first bra campaign, the brand tapped one of fashion’s most iconic spokespeople: Brooke Shields. The 57-year-old supermodel has effortlessly modeled pretty much everything, from Calvin Klein underwear to Jordache denim, and this new shoot is no exception. In sharing the news on Instagram, Shields posed in a beige No Show Molded Unlined Balconette Bra and matching underwear. “I’m so honored and excited to be in @SKIMS first ever bra campaign,” she wrote. “I can honestly say that these bras are something we can all feel confident and comfortable in. 🤍”

In a separate post, Shields modeled the Weightless Scoop Bra. “It’s really sort of smooth, but also it kind of pushes the girls up and in a little bit, which I like,” she said in the clip. “It doesn’t dig in anywhere and the straps lay so flat.”

Fans didn’t know what to be more impressed with—the collection or Shields’ pure beauty. “Holy smokes!! 🔥🔥🔥,” one person commented. “Thank you for keeping Fifty Plus so Fabulous!” another added. “You look stunning❤️,” someone else wrote.

For the campaign, which also featured Chelsea Handler, Cassie Ventura, Becky G., Indya Moore, and Juliette Lewis, Shields shared what inspires her most about the female body.

Her answer: “What inspires me and what impresses me the most about the female body is just its sheer strength. It seems like there’s primal cellular memory in the female body. It’s capable of so much.”

She went on to say what sexiness means to her. “Confidence to me is sexy. I think that with confidence comes sexiness,” she said.

The SKIMS bra line launched with 15 styles—including t-shirt, scoop, unlined, and more—14 shades, and up to 62 sizes all made of different materials like 3D woven knit “foam,” cotton, and mesh nylon, so there’s truly something for everyone.
