6 in 10 Canadians avoiding airports due to delays: poll

A new poll by Ipsos done exclusively for Global News found six in 10 Canadians are avoiding airports due to ongoing delays being seen by other travellers, including choosing to cancel or delay their plans. Of those surveyed, seven in 10 call the situation a national embarrassment and Ipsos Canada Vice-President Gregory Jack says there's mixed opinions on who is to blame, but a number of Canadians feel airlines, airports and the government are all to blame.
