8 Emmerdale spoilers for next week

Next week on Emmerdale, Mack proposes to Chloe when he thinks she's pregnant again.
Elsewhere, Charles loses his temper at The Woolpack, and Chas faces a difficult moment with Paddy, Mandy and Eve.

1. Mack proposes to Chloe
Chloe suspects that she's pregnant again and Mack catches her ordering a test on her phone.
When Chloe explains the situation, Mack is clearly delighted and decides to prove his commitment to her by proposing.
2. Moira and Nate worry about Mack's decision
Mack and Chloe happily share the news of their engagement and pregnancy news. Mack tries to reassure Moira, who fears that he rushed into the proposal.
Nate also expresses concerns, suggesting that Mack's main priority is a new baby rather than his relationship with Chloe.
3. Chloe is left disappointed
Chloe confides in Amy by revealing that she isn't pregnant after all, as her period has arrived. With Mack still excited about a new baby, Chloe delays sharing the news with him – fearing that he'll lose interest in her if she's not pregnant.
The following day, Chloe braces herself and is finally honest with Mack, but how will he react?
4. Manpreet supports Claudette
Manpreet takes the day off to help Claudette plan Victor's funeral. Claudette is reluctant after the incident involving the necklace before Victor's death, still unaware of his innocence.
Manpreet encourages Claudette and they strike up a strong bond. Manpreet feels terrible over Claudette continuing to believe a lie about Victor, so she calls Charles and begs him to come home to sort things out.
5. Charles lashes out
Charles returns and considers telling Claudette the truth, but can't bring himself to do so.
Later, a concerned Tom tries to intervene when he sees Charles drinking heavily at The Woolpack. Charles responds badly by starting a row with Tom, which culminates in him lashing out at the vet and pinning him against the bar. Charles only stops when his worried family beg him to stop.
6. Gail and Ryan talk things through
A big secret that Gail has been keeping has finally been exposed.
As Gail and Ryan sit down to talk things through, can they work things out?
7. Chas is regretful
Chas and Paddy unite to inform Eve about Paddy's relationship with Mandy. Regretting many of her past decisions, Chas struggles to hide her jealousy.
Marlon steps in by reassuring Chas that she's a great mother and Eve will always love her.
8. Tom receives disappointing news
Tom hopes to cement his future with Belle by living in their own place.
Tom is left disappointed when Belle confirms that she can't move in with him yet.
