“I thought these leggings were overhyped until I got a pair," says Caitlin C., a self-proclaimed couch potato. "But they’re truly as buttery-soft and comfortable as everyone says. I don’t really work out, so I love wearing these as loungewear. Most of the time I choose them over my favorite pair of joggers—they’re that comfy.". “I particularly love these because I can concentrate less on pulling my pants up. They stay put,” adds Chelsea Jackson Roberts, PhD, a Peloton yoga and meditation instructor.

Dr. Jackson Roberts is such a big fan of this bra that she owns it in every color the brand makes. “It offers [enough] support for me to flow in [just] a sports bra,” she explains. The high neck design is great for people with larger chests, or those who prefer full coverage.

6. Free to Be Longline Bra, A/B Cup

Blocker calls this her all-time favorite bra to wear while training. “It’s super supportive and I literally get nonstop compliments,” she explains. Considering the pretty strap detailing in the back and the flattering longline fit, we’re not surprised. Just note that this bra offers light support, so you might want to pass on it if you’re shopping for someone who’s above a B cup.

7. Align Jogger 28’’

Given that she loves the Align leggings, we’re not surprised that Caitlin also recommends the jogger version of the popular style. “They’re made from the same super soft Nulu fabric, but have a looser fit and convenient pockets to throw my phone in,” she says.

8. Fast and Free Short 6’’

“I rarely train in anything else because these are so comfy and breathable,” Blocker says. She also loves the convenient side pockets to throw her keys and wallet in if she’s running errands right after practice. We know it’s not exactly bike short season—but TBH, we’ve still been rocking ours under a big cozy sweatshirt every now and then.

9. Everywhere Belt Bag 1L

“It seems kind of random, but I use this belt bag all the time, whether I’m taking my dog to the park or heading to the grocery store,” says Caitlin. “It goes with practically any athleisure outfit, which as you’ve probably guessed is what I wear 95 percent of the time.” The 1L size is just big enough to hold the essentials: your phone, wallet, keys and a bottle of hand sanitizer.
