Farm Management Canada is hosting its flagship Agricultural Excellence Conference (AgEx) this November.

The conference will be held in Canmore, Alberta, which is known for its scenic views.

Farm Management Canada organization works to provide Canada’s farmers with business management information, tools and resources.

For this, it relies on donations from public and private funds.

The AgEx conference is aimed at bringing together industry leaders and farm management enthusiasts, which the organization says will help develop business acumen of Canada’s farmers.

This year’s Conference theme is Reaching New Heights which the organizers say ‘is a celebration of the opportunities ahead for Canadian agriculture and acknowledging and embracing the farm business management practices that provide the foundation for success.’

Farm Management Canada will, for the first time, be hosting a hybrid event allowing participants to attend in-person in Canmore, Alberta or to join virtually.

Participants can attend keynote presentations, concurrent workshops, panel discussions, the national farm business resource showcase and can network with Canada’s farm business thought leaders and Farm Management Canada’s 30th anniversary banquet.
