Amber Ruffin Zings Trump On Reported ‘Bitch’ Comments About Kamala Harris
Comedian Amber Ruffin feigned surprise as she brought up New York Times reporting that former President Donald Trump has called Vice President Kamala Harris a “bitch” and “nasty” repeatedly in recent weeks.
“I heard that many times in private, Trump called Kamala Harris a bitch,” she said on “Late Night with Seth Meyers” on Tuesday. “And I was like, whaaat? Whaat? Whaaaaat? Of course, he did!”
“And if you think that’s the worst thing he called her, you probably also think you can breakdance,” she added, referring to the viral Australian breakdancer who earned zero points at the Olympics.
In a Saturday report on what it called the “worst three weeks” of Trump’s 2024 campaign, the Times described the former president’s struggle to adapt to a dramatically changed race and opponent after President Joe Biden ended his reelection bid.
