Angry pedestrian yelling at motorist walks face-first into pole
An enraged man who walked into some instant karma is now a viral sensation thanks to hilarious dashcam footage.
YouTube user Chris Smith posted the video last Thursday, which shows his encounter with an upset pedestrian walking a dog on the streets of Adelaide, Australia. Wearing a red hat and sunglasses, the man can be seen angrily yelling and pointing towards Smith’s vehicle just as it pulls up to a red light at an intersection.
And the unknown pedestrian was apparently so upset with Smith’s driving habits that he forgot to look where he was going as he crossed the road, causing him to walk face-first into a nearby light pole.
“He was gesturing at me that I was going too fast, even though I didn’t think I was at the time,” Smith told The Advertiser newspaper, which is based in Australia. “He wasn’t watching where he was going and hit the pole, then he saw me laughing.”
After noticing Smith’s gleeful reaction, the pedestrian can be seen giving the driver one more piece of his mind before finally walking off out of frame relatively unscathed.
The moment of karma in action has since gone viral, being viewed more than 6.4 million times on YouTube while being shared rapidly across various other social media channels.
As for the star of this viral encounter, his identity at this time still appears to be unknown.
This is truly fantastic but my fave part is the wipers at the very end. They are almost like "Yeah, eat me." pic.twitter.com/o3xSma39ud
