Anthony Scaramucci willing to bet $50,000 against Trump reelection

On Tuesday, former White House director of communications Anthony Scaramucci appeared on “Anderson Cooper 360” where he discussed his former boss, Outgoing-President Donald Trump.

Trump has been busy urging his supporters to protest the electoral college vote count, but Scaramucci believes Outgoing-Vice President Pence, who oversees the votes, is a straight shooter and won’t go against the Constitution.

“I can’t speak for the vice president, but I’m very confident that he’s going to do what is appropriate for the United States,” Scaramucci said. “He did take a vow to the Constitution, and take an oath to the Constitution. He’s going to do what’s appropriate.”

I want to give him the benefit of the doubt, but it seems nefarious to me and it's unconscionable.

REPORTER: With only 22 days before Trump leaves office, or "2 Scaramuccis," as the former aide joked on Twitter, referring to his 11-day tenure under Trump, he believes this is the last time we will see the current president in the White House.

- If you had a bet $5 now, is he running again in 2024 or is this a charade?

- No, I got I got $5,000-- forget about $5-- I got $5,000 that he's not. If you want to take it to $50, Jim, we got to probably go to a bookie, but I'm in.
