After months of waiting, you can finally(!) watch Clare Crawley on her journey to find love. And, while it’s amazing to see Clare look for her future S.O. on The Bachelorette, it’s hard to miss the fact that she’s incredibly fit.

One look at her Insta reveals that Clare is super outdoorsy. But what, exactly, does Clare do to look like that? Here’s how she looks so amazing.

1. She’s really, really into yoga. Really.

Clare appeared on Bachelor/Bachelorette spoiler god Reality Steve’s podcast a few years ago, where she talked up her love of yoga—for 10 minutes. During the podcast, Clare said she’s been doing yoga on and off for years, but she finally decided to be consistent about it. “It was intimidating,” she said. “I hated it at first.” But Clare said that yoga has made her face her inner thoughts, and that’s a good thing. Oh, and she’s also into hot yoga. “It’s kind of like something spiritual. It calmed my spirit and my soul down,” she said.

2. She’s a hiker.

Clare regularly shares pics on Instagram of herself hoofing it through the woods. “There is not a single thing that makes me feel more alive+happy than when I am immersed in nature!” she wrote in one post.

3. She’s into kayaking.

Fact: If it’s outdoors and it’s sporty, Clare is probably in. But she’s shared plenty of Instagram posts about going kayaking and how intense it can be on her muscles.

4. She's a rock climber.

Clare has lots of posts of herself scaling rocks outside like it’s NBD. And maybe it’s not for her? Either way, her biceps look amazing.

5. She’s into barre.

In case you’re not familiar with it, dancer-inspired barre classes work pretty much every muscle group and aims to give you long, lean lines. Yep, Clare digs it, too.
