An Arby’s restaurant close to the ocean in Myrtle Beach closed. Here’s where
An Arby’s restaurant near the ocean in downtown Myrtle Beach quietly closed recently.
2302 North Kings Highway is listed as permanently closed on Google Maps and does not appear on Arby’s list of Myrtle Beach locations. The property of Arby’s location has a market value of $1.3 million, according to Horry County Land Records.
The location closed nearly a year after construction for a new Arby’s restaurant. In October 2023, construction was underway on a new site near the AutoZone Auto Parts store at 146 Middle Ridge Ave. near Conway and Carolina Forest that has since opened.
Other new restaurants are opening near the Carolina Forest area. Slim Chickens, a chicken-themed eatery, will open near the Publix at 136 Sapwood Road.
