Armed Forces of Ukraine forced the occupiers to withdraw from Verkhnokamianske General Staff

The Ukrainian military forced the Russians to withdraw from the settlement in the Kramatorsk region and repelled the enemy offensive in the Kharkiv, Sloviansk, Bakhmut, and Pivdennyi Buh regions.

The Defence Forces of Ukraine inflicted powerful fire damage on the enemy's positions in the Verkhnokamianske area, forcing the enemy's units to withdraw from the settlement."

Details: In the Kharkiv region, the invaders are conducting defensive operations and are trying to improve their tactical position in certain areas. They shelled the city of Kharkiv and its surroundings with barrel and rocket artillery, as well as the areas around the settlements of Udy, Dementiivka, Lebyazhe, Pischane, Zamulivka, Petrivka, Pytomnyk, Mospanove, Korobochkyne, Slatine, Svitlychne, Shevelivka, Peremoha, Verkhniy Saltiv, Nove, and Bayrak.

Near Dementiivka, Ukrainian defenders twice repelled Russian assaults and pushed their forces back. The invaders launched an airstrike in the vicinity of Petrivka.

In the Sloviansk area, the aggressors are trying to improve the tactical position of their units. The areas around Dolyna, Mazanivka, Krasnopillya, Husarivka, Novopavlivka, Chervonoy, Virnopillya and Khrestyshche were shelled with mortars, barrel and rocket artillery.

The offensive actions of the aggressors in the area around Bohorodychne were cut off as a result of fire damage. The occupiers withdrew with losses.

Around Bakhmut, the Russians shelled Ukrainian positions near Spirny, Ivano-Daryivka, New-York, and around the Vuhlehirsk thermal power plant. They carried out airstrikes near Berestovo and Pokrovsk.

With the support of artillery and operational-tactical aviation, the occupiers unsuccessfully tried to launch an offensive in the areas of the settlements of Spirne and Ivano-Daryivka. They suffered losses and withdrew.

Fighting continues near Veselaya Dolyna.

Russian units tried to conduct offensive actions in the Velike Artakove and Pivdennyi Buh areas. Ukrainian soldiers quickly suppressed this attempt and chased away the invaders. There remains a great threat of missile strikes on the region's critical infrastructure.

In the Avdiyiv, Kurakhiv, Novopavliv, and Zaporizhzhya areas, shelling from mortars, barrel and rocket artillery continues along the contact line. The enemy launched airstrikes near Novoandriivka.

On the Volyn and Polissa fronts, units of the armed forces of Belarus are conducting reconnaissance, intensifying countermeasures against technical reconnaissance resources, primarily unmanned aerial vehicles. The closure of the airspace over the southern part of Belarus has been extended until 7 October of this year. The ban on civil aircraft flights has been in effect since 24 February of this year.

The aggressor’s navy continues to perform tasks in the waters of the Black and Azov seas, and to blockade civilian shipping in the northwestern part of the Black Sea.
