My experience was very positive.The fit is supposed to be compressive as opposed to the elation tight. I did a workout which included box jumps and burpees it stayed put, I also used this for strength training and still no slipping. For reference, I am athletic build I do mostly weight lifting with some supplemental cardio. I am buying two more pairs!"
