Aubrey Plaza left WNBA All-Star Weekend on crutches, thanks to a knee injury she sustained during during a basketball game.

The Parks and Rec alum, 40, reportedly tore her ACL on July 20 while playing the free-throw game Knockout at the Phoenix Mercury’s practice center, the Arizona Republic reported.

Plaza shared pics of herself doing physical therapy and icing her knee on Instagram, writing, “ALL STAR WEEKEND 🏀 🌟 How it started…how it went…"

She continued: “Thank you @wnba for hosting such an amazing weekend and taking such good care of me and my busted knee. Such a great game.”

“See you in Paris (no),” she added, referencing the upcoming Summer Olympics.

As the Mayo Clinic explains, the ACL is “one of the strong bands of tissue that help connect your thigh bone (femur) to your shinbone (tibia). ACL injuries most commonly occur during sports that involve sudden stops or changes in direction, jumping and landing.”

Treatment, the Mayo Clinic says, aligns along with what Plaza shared online: Rest, ice, elevation, and compression — Plaza shared a photo of her leg being wrapped in a bandage — as well as rehabilitation therapy.

As Plaza wrote on Instagram, "Nothing can stop us!” — and she proved it by not letting the injury keep her from making it to the game: The Agatha All Along star sat courtside with crutches in one hand and a drink in the other, for the July 20 game, where the WNBA All-Star Team — which included Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese —took the court at Phoenix’s Footprint Center against the U.S. Olympic team, beating them 117-109.
