Audrina Patridge has a new valentine in her life this year.
The Hills: New Beginnings star is dating West Hollywood bar owner Matt Chase, PEOPLE.= confirms.
“It’s very new. He lives in Orange County, too,” a source says about Chase, who was introduced to Patridge, 33, through her Hills costar Jason Wahler. “He’s a really nice guy.”
A second source says that although the new couple has only been dating for one month, it could become serious.
“He seems smitten with her,” the second source says. “He seems like a really good guy. It’s been about a month.”
“They seem really happy and it looks like this could turn into something,” the second source adds.
Chase is the owner of The Bayou Weho, which is described on its website as a “New Orleans-themed dive … where egos go to die and misguided shots of vodka go to live their best gay life.”
Although Patridge has yet to share any photos of Chase on Instagram, she does follow his private account, in which he describes himself as “bar owner/brewery owner/friends only.”
Us Weekly first reported the news.
Her new romance comes nearly five months after she split from ex-boyfriend and singer Ryan Cabrera. The pair broke up after about five months of dating this time around, PEOPLE confirmed in September.
In April, Patridge and Cabrera reconciled eight months after she filed for divorce from estranged husband Corey Bohan, 36, whom she married in Hawaii in November 2016. They share daughter Kirra Max, 2.
Patridge and Bohan finalized their divorce in December.
“Marital status is terminated and property issues resolved,” Patridge’s attorney told E! News just before Christmas. “The parties are participating in mediation early next year to resolve child custody and Corey’s request for attorney fees.”
“Audrina still has sole legal and physical custody of Kirra. The only modification of the custody orders was some additional visitation hours for Corey and the paternal grandparents during the holidays this year,” a source told PEOPLE in November. “Other than that, everything will stay the same in terms of custody.”
