Toronto Police chief Myron Demkiw and the director of the Bolo program, which stands for 'be on the lookout', revealed the country's Top 25 list of fugitives at a press conference at Yonge-Dundas square. They also spoke about a $250,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the number one suspect.
