Authorities report 'all clear' at Washington Navy Yard: media

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Police and FBI officials gave the "all clear" signal at the Washington Navy Yard on Thursday, two hours after reports raised fears of an active shooter at the facility, media reported. Police said streets have re-opened, according to CNN. FBI officials said they have given the "all clear" at the yard, the local CBS affiliate said.
