‘Baby Reindeer’ Leaps Onto Netflix’s Most Popular Series List; ‘Under Paris’ Takes Streamer By Storm
It’s official — Baby Reindeer is one of Netflix’s most popular series of all time.
The thriller series has crept its way to No. 10 on the streamer’s all-time English-language TV series list after clocking 84.5 million views since its release April 11, bumping The Witcher Season 1 off the list.

And, there’s still time for it to keep moving on up. Baby Reindeer still has 30 days in its premiere window, which gives it an opening to secure an even higher spot, potentially rivaling Bridgerton Season 2 or Stranger Things 3. The most impressive aspect of Baby Reindeer‘s certified hit status is that it isn’t attached to any IP, like many of the series it sits among on the most popular list, and it relied on word-of-mouth for its growth trajectory.

Speaking of the most popular list, Millie Bobby Brown’s Damsel moved up to No. 7 after making the films list last week. The film closed out its 91-day premiere window with 138M views.
Elsewhere the week of June 3, Hit Man is shaping up to be a strong performer for Netflix but it was the French film Under Paris that took the cake. Under Paris, about a French scientist battling a shark in the Seine, racked up a whopping 40.9M views globally after launching June 5.
The Jennifer Lopez-led sci-fi epic Atlas secured the second spot on the weekly film list with 8.9M views, tallying a total of 59.8M views in just 17 days. That makes it a strong contender for the most popular films list, though it would need to sustain this momentum as the list has a much higher bar to clear for entry. Currently in 10th place is Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery with 136.3M views.
On the TV side of things, Benedict Cumberbatch’s Eric took first place last week with 10.1M views. Bridgerton Season 3 was relegated to third place in favor of another British drama, Geek Girl, which took second with 7.3M views.
Season 3 of Shonda Rhimes’ regency drama claimed 6.9M views. Elsewhere, the third and final season of Sweet Tooth entered the list at No. 5 with 4.4M views.
