Ballykelly woman dies after car collides with bus

A woman has died after a car crash in County Londonderry.

A car and bus crashed on the Clooney Road in Ballykelly after 14:15 BST on Thursday.

Joyce Taggart, an 84-year old who was driving the car, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police and other emergency services attended the scene.

The Clooney Road was closed but has since reopened.

The PSNI are investigating the circumstances of the collision and appeal to witnesses or anyone with dash-cam footage to contact them.
