Barrie police searching for burglar after ATV parts stolen

Police are searching for a suspect who allegedly stole ATV parts from a Barrie business Jan. 4.

A suspect broke into St. Onge Recreation on Hart Drive at about 4:10 a.m. after entering the property from an adjoining hotel parking lot, Barrie police say.

Officers are trying to identify a suspect whose image was captured on surveillance video along with an image of a truck with a unique front grill.

The suspect is described as:

• A white male in his 30s or 40s, with a medium build and brown hair thinning on top.

• He was wearing blue jeans and wearing a beige Carhart-type coat.

• The involved vehicle is a white, four-door Ford F-150 with a matching white cap, F-150 written in black on the tailgate and distinct amber lights in the front grill.
