People are calculating all of their goals, hopes and past mistakes with the hilarious “beep” trend on TikTok.
The trend started with the “beep” sound created by @itsandrewz, which features the audio of cash register buttons being hit. The sound has been used in over 241,000 videos. People are using it to expose their unreasonable expectations.
What is the “beep” trend on TikTok?
In the trend, people use the cash register sound and mime as if they are typing calculations onto their keyboard.

Tinashe is calling the shots:
“Me trying to calculate how I’m stuck on this man when he’s never even taken me on a date or showed genuine interest,” @tirzahtv said in a video.
“Me calculating how my soul mate is gonna find me when I barely post pictures, have two friends and literally hate going out anywhere,” @drebae_ wrote in a video.
