Pasco
Terrace Heights Apartments
Road 68 and Argent
RMM Group LLC is building a 60-unit, four-story apartment building on a 2.4-acre property on the northeast corner of Road 68 and Argent Road, south of I-182.
The project has a construction value of more than $10 million and was designed by Bruce Baker of Baker Architecture.
The project includes an office, recreation room, gym and elevator. The building totals 73,500 square feet.
McCurley Chevrolet expansion
1325 Autoplex Way
Mountain States Construction is building an addition to McCurley Chevrolet. The work is valued at $12.5 million.
Pasco building permits issued in October indicate the expansion will add nearly 46,000 square feet of new space to the McCurley dealership service area.
Ray Poland & Sons is the contractor.
Kennewick
Quality Window Tint
5205 W. Okanogan Place
Edgar Guizar is building a four-space commercial building to accommodate his window tinting business behind Mister Car Wash, north of Kamiakin High School.
Quality Window Tint will occupy an end spot, leaving three spaces available for future tenants. The project is valued at nearly $1.4 million in Kennewick building permits. GTC Construction LLC is the builder.
Child Care Center
3000 W. Kennewick Ave.
A building that formerly housed a Trios urgent care clinic is being converted into a child care center, according to a permit authorizing interior demolition issued by the city of Kennewick.
Preliminary plans indicate the 4,200-square-foot space will be reworked with individual classrooms for infants, toddlers and children ages 2, 3 and 4. Each classroom has its own bathroom and the center will have a laundry, office, break room and kitchenette.
Records do not indicate that a construction permit has been issued for the future remodel for the project.
Ana and Simon Samaniego, who operate My Little Planet Child Care Center in Pasco, paid $700,000 for the property in April. RCCH Trios Health LLC was the seller.
Demolition work is valued at $50,000. Tri-City Engineers is the designer.
Surf Thru Express Car Wash (update)

A California company plans to build a 6,200-square-foot car wash with vacuum stations on a prominent 1.4-acre site at Highway 395 and West 7th Avenue.
Grading began in August and the developer applied for a permit from the city of Kennewick on Oct. 17.
On Oct. 27, the city determined the project won’t have a significant impact on the environment, according to a notice posted to the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) record.
The project is valued at $3 million, according to city records. The company bought the property for $1.5 million in March and confronted illegal dumping and people living in RVs on the long vacant lot.
Richland
Fairhaven townhomes
Shockley Road, next to Bethel Church
Green Plan Construction is preparing to build 70 attached townhomes on a 10-acre site on Shockley Road, about 1,700 feet west of Keene Road. The homes will face a U-shaped street that will connect to Shockley.
The site is near Bethel Church.
Bradley Boulevard Apartments
355 Bradley Blvd.
The city of Richland has authorized the latest building at the prominent apartment complex being constructed by Cedar & Sage between George Washington Way and Bradley Boulevard at Columbia Point.
The latest is valued at about $5 million.
