As the global pandemic has affected many for over a year, people have experienced changes to their lifestyles – and in turn, their bodies – because of the stresses brought on by COVID-19. By spending more time sedentary and solitary under strict lockdowns, experts say they’re not surprised that people have reported bodily changes like weight gain, as well as neck and back pain.
