The poll had 12 local restaurant options in Whatcom County, including The Temple Bar, Black Sheep, Red Rum Tiki Bar, Carnal and Amendment 21.

Galloway’s Cocktail Bar received seven votes, or 27% of the total, to top the list of the best nonalcoholic cocktails in Whatcom County.
The cocktail bar, known for its deco-era ambiance and handcrafted cocktails also serves unique mocktails for those who still want a fun drink, without alcohol.
The bar’s zero proof cocktail menu includes nine drinks for $8 each, such as the nonalcoholic huckleberry mule made with Monin huckleberry sauce, lime and ginger beer. The “almond cloudburst” mocktail is made with Giffard orgeat syrup, Bittermens xocolatl mole bitters, cream, club soda and cinnamon dust.
The bar also serves 34 alcoholic cocktails, desserts and shareable appetizers and has a discounted happy hour menu.
The cocktail bar is also popular online, receiving a 4.7-star rating from 184 Google reviews and a 4.6-star rating from 62 Yelp reviews.

Galloway’s Cocktail Bar is open from 3-10 p.m. Sunday through Wednesday and 3-11 p.m. Thursday through Saturday and is at 1200 10th St. Suite 102 in Bellingham.
In second place was The Black Cat with five votes, followed by Packer’s Kitchen and Bar with four votes.
Chain restaurants were not included in the poll.
